Mr. Sumimoto had developed retort pouch, aseptic packaging, liquid paper containers, pharmaceutical packaging, industrial materials, etc. for flexible packaging. In addition, engaged in the application of LCA, user-friendly packaging, and applications of RFID (IC tags). Retired in 2004 and opened Sumimoto packaging Consultant Office and visited 24 countries as a packaging consultant, Now he has working for many companies to advise research & development of new packaging.
