Event Overview

Smithers’s Digital Textile Printing Conference (DTP) is the key place to have technical discussions around commercializing digital print for the textile industry. Since 2017 Digital Textile Printing US has offered new opportunities for high-end fashion brands, luxury home/interior design brands, automotive interior designers, and more to network and engage with textile printers, equipment and ink suppliers, and material suppliers from across the value chain.

Digital Print is growing strongly in the textile industry, where it represents a cost effective alternative to dying or screen printing everything from bed linen to clothing. Digital printing for textile continues to be a growing market as the need for low-costs and fast turnaround times are in higher demand. The market is driven by personalization of clothing items, fashion mini-seasons, automated workflows, direct-to-garment printing, and the ability to create new business potential and shorter delivery time by bringing textile printing back to the U.S.

Attendees can expect a comprehensive agenda with presentations from end user fashion and retailing brands, as well as an update on workflow and operations of digital textile printing. The agenda will also include the perspectives of digital textile printing shops that are operating successfully within the U.S.

This program is shaped by a panel of expert advisory board members who know this industry inside and out.

Why Should You Attend The 2020 Online Event?

We are excited to announce that we have made the decision to transform Digital Textile Printing into a fully virtual event! We believe this is the best option to provide our attendees, speakers, and sponsors with the certainty they need to plan their participation and maximize the value from the event in a safe and reliable way.

Rather than trying to replicate an online version of the live event, we will be making some changes to enhance the experience and leverage online tools to maximize the value you can receive from the event and make the most of your participation.

Connection with the industry is more important than ever during this time of separation. Our program utilizes online features to ensure key networking and discussion.
